Couple survives 25 minutes in icy waters after ATV plunges into northern Minnesota lake

A Park Rapids man was hospitalized after he and his wife plunged through the ice on their ATV and hung on about 25 minutes in the frigid water until help arrived last weekend. The two were going ice fishing on Little Sand Lake near Park Rapids, in northwest Minnesota, about 4 p.m. Sunday when their ATV broke through the ice.
