From staff reports A Bailey man wanted in five counties is being sought on felony theft charges after allegedly swiping fishing reels from a Wayne County bait and tackle shop. Authorities are seeking 30-year-old David Anthony Ruffin Jr., one of two suspects in an Oct. 9 theft at EZ Bait and Tackle, 2049 U.S. 117 S. outside Goldsboro.
