The Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office is offering a stark piece of advice after successfully rescuing an ice fisherman on Saginaw Bay on Tuesday evening. "If you continue to travel on dangerous ice please carry identification so we can contact the next of kin," the department wrote on Facebook.
