“It’s nice to see a lot of the families that come out, we have a variety of ages, we have a good donation of prizes, and sponsors, and it’s a tremendously good cause,” said Paul Birkeland, a retired Kiwanis member. Contestants were competing for $500 in cash, which was given to the person that caught the largest fish.
