Two charged with possession of stolen property

Two people were charged with Class C felony possession of stolen property on Sunday after they tried to return the items they stole, according to court records. Seth Dorscher, 23, and Carli Boyko, 25, both were scheduled to make initial appearances in district court in Minot on Monday.
