The wind and rainy weather isn’t helping, but there are some patches of clear water around the Western Basin of Lake Erie and the Bass Islands. Cleveland area guide Nicholas Zart of Blue Dolphin Charters found some big walleye for his customers on Wednesday, and hooked up by trolling Bandit and Perfect 10 lures.
