Sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 60s are expected when the shoreline at the Wilson Hill causeway and boat launch begins bustling with action on Saturday. It will mark the 19th time the Massena Recreation Commission has held its annual Ted Kot Youth Fishing Day, a time for families to spend a few hours relaxing on the shore while they wait for their fishing rod to start shaking to signal a fish nibbling at their bait.
