7th annual Take Kids Fishing Day instills a love of the outdoors

With the various waterways around our region fishing is a widespread hobby, and on Saturday the Western Wisconsin American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, or AFL-CIO, instilled a love for the sport in area children. "First I did not like fishing but I kind of get really happy when I catch the fish," young angler Ryan Halvorson describes.
