If you like to go fishing at the Ross Barnett Reservoir, you may soon need to take more than just a pole or rod-and-reel. In an effort to combat the ongoing problem of litter at various access points on the lake, members of the board of directors of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District have voted to require fishermen to have a dedicated trash container with them at all times.
