Vacaville Kid Fest brings child out in everyone

The annual Vacaville Kid Fest event went up the hill, down the park walkways at Andrews Park and provided plenty for the thousands of visitors to do Saturday without spending a dime. Founder Shauna Manina along with several others began the day dedicated to the children in all of us in 1991.
