Minsi Lake amenities, trail plan backed by $275K Pennsylvania grant

There won’t be any walleye to be had ice-fishing this winter at Minsi Lake , after it was drained in 2017 for an ongoing dam repair. But with the project scheduled for completion in fall 2019, Northampton County is finalizing the list of improvements it wants to see at the 311-acre county park and lake.
