The annual 4-H Youth Ice Fishing Derby will take place from 7 to 11 a.m. Sunday at KD Park. "This is a perfect opportunity for families to get outdoors in Kenosha County in the winter and shake off cabin fever," Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser said.
