Fishing report for Feb. 23: It’s fishing tackle tuneup time

Steelhead trout fishermen are expecting some top-notch fly fishing in the weeks to come, but not until the Northeast Ohio streams settle down. For steelheaders, a good bet is to hunker down over a fly tying vise and create some new flies, or tie a batch of old favorites to be ready when the rivers and streams – and trout – will cooperate.
