Stolen goods returned to owner after Solano deputies arrest Clarksburg man

A Clarksburg man was arrested Sunday afternoon by Solano County sheriff’s deputies on a variety of charges, according to a Sheriff’s Office post on social media. The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary from a 28-foot cabin cruiser boat, moored at the Arrowhead Harbor Marina in Clarksburg, off Ryer Island.
