Ice fishing shanty to aid African children

The Mike Duginski ice fishing shanty made its debut to the public at the Merrill Christmas Parade, Dec. 2. It will be raffled off next year with proceeds targeted for building a school building in Kenya, Africa. The building was under construction by Mike Duginski when he died suddenly on Jan. 5, 2017.
