July 4th marks 2nd Fish for Free Day

All state residents and non-residents can legally fish on Pennsylvania waterways from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on the Fourth of July without a fishing license or permits. All other Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and other fishing regulations still apply.
